Where to eat Persian Food in Butuan?

East Persia1

Do you feel stressed out after a long day at work? Why not treat yourself with something new to your taste buds or how about a trip to Persia?

Impossible to do? Can’t afford to travel? Inhibited by budget constraints?

Naah! Let go of those worries. You won’t need a visa for this and you won’t have to spend loads of cash.

All you have to do is go to East Persia House of Kebab and Shisha Mazaua Island Resort. It was the second stop of my eco-friendly work date with Jenn last February. We went there for dinner after playing at Kapihan sa Datu’s park. (Story here)

Have you tried Persian food?

If you haven’t yet, acquaint yourself to this kind of dish by visiting East Persia. From Kebabs to rice dishes, their recipes offer highlights of Middle Eastern Cuisine.

What we ate:

Chicken Kabab with Rice Php160.00

According to their waitress, this is among their best seller.

Prawn with Mango Salsa Php215.00

This is very delicious. The mix of mango and shrimp is like heaven to your taste buds.

What I like there:

1. It is beautifully landscaped.

2. Mini bar on an islet

You can sing along with your friends at the Mazaua Bar if karaoke is your thing.

3. Floating cottages

Be delighted with your meal as if you are eating at a floating restaurant.

4. It is packed with recreational activities.

You can go boating or simply enjoy a tour of the place while waiting for your meal to be served.
